RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service can include, answering phones, taking payments in person and over the phone, gathering information from callers and sending to licensed team members, explaining billing to policyholders, checking completed changes, filing, completing Certificates of Insurance, emailing forms and documents, ordering supplies, scanning documents, contacting policyholders for items needed, and sending policy holders and claimants to claims, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Ability to answer phones in a professional manner in a busy office setting.
- Be detailed oriented, people-oriented, be proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions on multiple computer programs, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Ability to ask probing questions to understand what a caller is calling for and pass the information on to other team members.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
